How to set the song as a ringtone/alarm on iPhone/iPad

To play regular mp3 on iPhone, you need to import the MP3 file to the device first.  Click the link below for the steps on how to do so.

Set Song as Alarm

  1. Once you have the song on your iPhone, launch the native Clock app on your ‌iPhone‌ and then tap the Alarm tab at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap the plus (+) button in the upper right of the screen to create a new alarm, or tap Edit in the upper left and then tap an existing alarm from the list that you want to add the song to. 

  3. Tap Sound.Tap Pick a Song.

  4. Under Select Music, tap Songs.

  5. Locate and then tap the song that you downloaded to your music library.

  6. Tap Back in the upper left of the screen.

  7. Tap Save.

Set Song as Alarm

  1. Open your phone's Clock app.
  2. At the bottom, tap Alarm.
  3. On the alarm you want, tap the Down arrow .
  4. Tap the current sound's name. Tap Add new and then Your sound file. 

Set Song as Ringtone

  1. Select the audio file .MP3 format that you want to set as a custom ringtone and put it in the 'Ringtones' folder of your Android phone. You can do this via a PC or through a file manager app on your device.
  2. Once the audio is in the correct folder, go to Settings > Sound and vibration > Phone ringtone.
  3. Tap the My Sounds option and then select the audio file you want to set as your custom ringtone.
  4. Hit the plus (+) button and then tap Save.
